1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute our formal acceptance of an order or an agreement to sell. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time after receiving your order, to accept, decline, delay, or cancel your order for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, product unavailability, component shortages, supplier failures, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our fraud prevention department. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Product Availability and Supply Chain Disruption
All orders are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee that all items or necessary manufacturing components will be in stock at the time of your order. In the event of a sudden component shortage, supplier failure, or factory delay, we reserve the right to either delay shipment or cancel the order.

3. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing our obligations when such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, war, labor strikes, government restrictions, supply chain collapses, carrier delays, or systemic internet, server, or telecommunications outages.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or the cost of purchasing substitute goods elsewhere) arising out of a delayed or cancelled order. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any order that cannot be delivered shall be strictly limited to a full refund of the total amount you paid for that specific order.
